Here my technician word about french language issue if it can help.

"the issues why all these issue's are happening is because
in any words if their is a " ' for example john's
john "doing" these types of elements breaks code of the website. program thinks their is a new rule. and hence this issue happens. to avoid this issue we will need to remove these signs from the words when using french language."
